Before You Do the “Planning” Day: your Year-End Digestion
Before we can really step into the New Year, we need to make peace with the year that has been. We do that by doing a thorough Year-End Digestion.

The Workbook will give you more detail on how to do each part of the process I describe in the recordings. Plus, many of the sessions I offer you a choice of exercises and activities, all of which you can find in your Workbook.
The Annual “Planning” Day workbook can be downloaded here.
It’s NOT a fill-in-the-blank workbook, so you’ll want to also have a journal and pens to work with so you can write as much as you want.
Bring With You
Before you begin to go through the process, I encourage you to collect your True Spirit and True Wisdom, if you have those (if not, no worries, I have additonal questions to help you).
You will also want to bring a journal and pen and many of the sessions will involve answering deep reflection questions.
