There’s Only One of You

You’ve lived a lot of life and walked many miles. As a wiser, older woman, you dream of having more impact – of touching more people and receiving more rewards for what you give – without losing yourself or compromising the balanced, nourishing life you want to enjoy.

You’re done with heavy hustle business approaches, and you’re wise to the hype and false promises of instant riches and easy growth. You want a way to share your gifts – as a business, as art, as writing, or as activism – that works for you. That works with your capacity, your constraints, your rhythm of moving and working. With your values. With the life you have left, you’re called to bring forward your deepest expression – the offering only you could make – your deepest inner truth expressed outwardly in the world where other people can see it, touch it, feel it.

But. You’re not quite sure where to start.

It Can Be Hard to Find the Way

You’re clear who you are, you feel it when you are on track, but you’re not certain you have the right words for the intangible spirit, the animating energy, the secret sauce you bring to the table. Fiddling with AI to describe you and your work produces flat, bland language that misses your heart and the human touch. You sound like everyone else. Talking with friends is producing new ideas and more questions.

You may know exactly the impact you want to have, but you’re not seeing how your work should take form to have that impact. Your dreams feel too big and out of reach, or too small to matter. You have questions and concerns about bringing your dream into reality that are keeping you from moving forward in a meaningful way.

The Heart of You, In Words

The path to that right-for-you work is not about working harder, or picking up the latest greatest business model being promoted. It’s about getting in touch with the spiritual truth of who you are, naming it and having the courage to put that at the center of your business, no matter what.

When you do the deep soul searching to the center of you, to your essence, what you need to do on a practical level becomes more obvious. When you find the alive language that paints pictures and has rhythm to capture why you are here, you’re less easily pulled off course. When you name the real heart of why you are here, you stir your excitement and motivation to move out into the world with less fear and hesitation. And when you find the words to tell the story of what you bring so people understand what makes you special, you get the joy of seeing your work resonate for other people. When you expand your power of naming and language that speak to your soul, you live the sweetness of being fully YOU as you engage in the world, offering your gifts and receiving the acknowledgment and rewards you deserve.

I Am Here to Help

Let me use my gifts of working with words, language, and naming to bring the essence of who you are forward, so that everyone, including you, can see it. If you are ready to go on this journey, I’ll be your guide through four phases of naming and living your spiritual truth as your Life’s Work:

1. Name the Dream

We’ll go on a deep dive to get to the words and language that capture with precision the Impact you want to have on the world (as well as the feeling and experience you most want to create for yourself in this lifetime) expressed in language that makes you come alive. With this in focus, you’ll have a home to come back to and a lens to look at every aspect of creating your work in the world. We’ll do this by crafting your True Spirit Statement and then writing your True Wisdom – the insights and awareness you are here to share. From there, we’ll sketch your Blue Sky Vision for your life and work, and filter that through the Constraints you are living with, to land on your right-for-now Project: the specific thing you’ll work on to have the Impact you dream of in a way that works for you now.

Without this piece, anything goes. There are too many options and no clear direction. You feel disconnected from your own magic, and vulnerable about being visible.

2. Create the Thing that Needs to Be Created

To make your Impact, you need a vehicle to deliver your gifts. Depending on what your dream is, you may need to write the book, make more art, do research, generate the blog or Substack posts, or create the program that allows the best of who you are to be shared with others. Once we are clear what needs to be created, we’ll look at the support structure you need to sustain your creative efforts through to the finish line.

If your creation needs more time, we’ll spend more time here. I can read and review your material, help ensure it’s aligned with your True Spirit, and provide encouragement to keep you going. If you’ve already created your thing, we’ll move on to Phase Three.

Without this, you have ideas, but nothing tangible to offer.

3. Craft the Story You’re Here to Tell

Now that you know the Big Ideas you are here to share and the specific form in which you are going to share them, it’s time to develop the Story you are here to tell. Your Marketing involves you telling your Story over and over in different ways and different places. Our goal is to develop that Story and get it deep in your bones so you always know what to say. You’ll craft a Long Story that captures the full depth and breadth of what you are here to do, and then practice telling that Story in fewer and fewer words. Then you’ll find it much easier to develop all the Copy you need to put your work out into the world, no matter the situation.

Without good words to tell your Story, there’s a risk people won’t understand what you are offering and what makes it special.

4. Take Your Work Out in the World

Bolstered by the Story you are here to tell, we’ll explore how you want to move out into the world including who you want to hang out with, how you like to engage, and where you are willing to be visible. You’ll take your first steps out into the world, evaluating what connects to your audience and what works for your nervous system.

Without this piece, your work remains a well-kept secret instead of an active force for good in the world.

Women of Wisdom Impact Expansion Coaching

Together we’ll work through all four phases of naming your impact and shaping your work around that so you can share your deepest expression with the world.

The Women of Wisdom Impact Expansion program includes:

• A two-hour True Spirit Session to get to a whole-hearted YES about why you are here that serves as the lens to look at all other aspects of your business
• 22 45-minute sessions to be used within eight to eleven months, depending on the pace that works for you (your choice of two or three calls a month)
• 120 minutes of written review to support writing your True Wisdom and developing your Story

$6500, or $650 a month for ten months

(Clients who have already completed True Spirit work with me pay a reduced rate: $5700, or $570 a month for ten months.)

Rest assured, although the full program takes eight to eleven months to work through, that doesn’t mean that you will wait until the program is complete to be out in the world. Once we complete your True Spirit statement, we can find ways for you to immediately share your voice, test your work, engage with your audience, and experiment with your offerings. With each phase of the program, you’ll further refine your expression and your ability to communicate your value.

Taking your work out in the world is an ongoing process. We'll evaluate what’s working, refine what you offer, create new things to support your dream, and revise what you are doing based on real world feedback.

I’m here to be your companion as you move out into the world, and we can circle back to any of the other phases at any time.

Continuing Impact Expansion work includes:

• 12 45-minute sessions to be used within six months
• 100 minutes of written review

$3,180, or $530 a month for six months

Other Coaching

• Message Work – this is included in our Impact Expansion If you have already created the thing you want messaging for, we can move swiftly through the second half of Phase One (Blue Sky Vision and Project) and Phase Two (Create the Thing that Needs to Be Created), and spend more time on Phase Three (Craft the Story You Are Here to Tell) and Phase Four (Take Your Work Out into the World).
• Book Coaching – this can be your focus for our Impact Expansion We’ll still look at Name the Dream (True Spirit and True Wisdom and the Project -- your book). Then, as part of the Create the Thing that Needs to Be Created phase, we’ll develop the concept and framework of your book, and support you in getting your book written in a sane and sustainable way, with ample written feedback from me. Doing this writing may take precedence over Craft Your Story and Take Your Work Out into the World.
